Mathew's job as a Master of Ceremonies is managing your event , keeping proceedings on schedule, creating an enjoyable experience, interacting with guests, bridging content between speakers, moderating panels and interviews, and facilitating hybrid events. Additionally, he keeps the audience and planners informed, on-the-day changes and necessary adjustments .
Mat has 3 set roles as a keynote speaker, these include presenting well-researched speeches, conducting pre-speech research, setting the tone for the event, motivating and engaging the audience, teaching resilience principles, productivity and habit change, interacting with the audience, acting as a corporate spokesperson, managing speaking time, and consulting and assisting with event design.
Matthew is a conference facilitator who works closely with organizers to ensure the success of the event. He is responsible for managing and guiding discussions, presentations, and activities, and keeping attendees engaged and involved. His goal is to create a collaborative environment that encourages learning, networking, and idea-sharing among participants.
